Sophisticated Living in St. Louis
The newest issue of Sophisticated Living just arrived, and we are so honored! They only feature one project every two months – and they selected one of our homes, the President’s House at Lindenwood University, St. Charles, MO.
The home is used to entertain over 100 guests at a time, sometimes three times per week. And the groups include alumni receptions, board parties, student government functions, and benefits for the community at large. So the public spaces must be oversized, formal, yet comfortable.
A Steinway grand piano, dating back to the Civil War, is a focal point in the gathering room. The school was founded in 1827 as the Linden Wood College for Girls. Today, there are over 10,000 students attending classes on the 500 acre campus. Lindenwood University is an amazing resource for our community and our nation.
