Town and Country Bathroom

The Owners loved their home – a single story, contemporary home. The flow of the open spaces of the kitchen, breakfast area, family room, and dining room are superb, and the views to their magnificent pool and landscaping are enviable. However, they found their private master suite sorely lacking and dated.

Mitchell Wall re-designed existing space, as well as designing an addition of about 400 sq. ft. Now the suite is their private oasis. The bathroom is soothing and inviting, with lovely views to be enjoyed while soaking in the tub. His and Her floating cabinets are across from one another, which allow for different height requirements. The stone floor is easy to maintain and clean, while the inlaid pebbles mimic and repeat the pebbles leading to the swimming pool, all of which is visible from the bathroom. The color palette is neutral.

Down the hall and out of view are separate closets, a vanity area for makeup, and a gorgeous shower room with distinctive lighting. The Owners’ Bedroom was enlarged to allow for a sitting area with built-in cabinets and two large, expansive windows. The Owners report they never want to leave their private space – it has everything they’d ever want!
