In a neighborhood with relatively homogenous homes, this client wanted something a little different. With their extensive input, we developed this lovely traditional home on over 10 acres in Missouri. However, due to the timing, the house was put on hold when COVID-19 took everything down for a while. Finally restarted, it would become apparent that none of the selections once made for the custom homes were available anymore. The clients took this in stride and Mitchell Wall helped them to re-select every single element of the home. It broke ground in 2022 and is still under construction.
